guerilla / construction is seeking a skilled site supervisor / lead carpenter to join our team - working from foundation to frame to finish on a wide variety of residential and commercial projects.
Following a detailed design aesthetic and organized planning process, we are currently involved in everything from high-end renovations to new-construction of single family homes and commercial buildings.
Job Requirements
* Strong work ethic and discipline.
* Ability to lead and coordinate in the field.
* *Extensive residential remodeling experience required*, commercial experience a bonus.
* Ability to read and interpret construction documents.
* Creative problem solving abilities
* Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
* Team player
* Organized and punctual.
* Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
* Experience Requirements
Carpentry: 7 years (preferred) Finish Carpentry: 5 years (preferred) Should have knowledge of framing, joinery, molding and trim ( mantels, baseboards, door and window casing, built-in shelving, etc).
Pay is based on ability and experience.
