You'll get to: Masters an expert-level understanding of the Base and Advanced Compensation module's business processes' technical & configuration capabilities and maintains a level of mastery for future releases.
Configuration of Bonus Plans, Merits Plans, Salary Plans, Grades, Etc.
Gathering of requirements for system development, administration, and enhancements Well-versed and experienced In EIB Data Loads.
Work with the lead analyst to create standard templates for end-user submissions Assist In other areas of the application support as needed such as payroll, benefits, and time and labor Configures complex business processes as identified and approved by the lead analyst As instructed by the Lead Analyst, analyzes any downstream technical impact from backlog resolution and/or release management activities.
Provides insights and recommendations related to these activities.
Works with the Enablement team to document all in-system process flows for end users Tests new releases once configured in the tenant and provides final review to Lead Analyst ahead of moving to production.
Partners and collaborates with Product Managers to support the review of continuous process improvement and their ongoing requests.
Collaborates with Tiered services and acts as T3 technical support for issues related to business process configurations.
Ensures issue resolutions and further identifies knowledge management content if appropriate.
Completes In-depth testing and debugging as needed Supports regulatory and data compliance and adherence to business process controls Keeps abreast of Workday products, new features, releases, and integrated technologies in order to support continuous improvement Create Ad-Hoc reports for usage within HRIS or HR SS team The Person: You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions.
