50+ per hour Paid Training Program for first 90 days Pay includes hourly base wage, weekend shift differential bonus, and bonus incentives on every sale Pay packages include a comprehensive Benefits Package Sales Specialist Responsibilities Include: Customer Service / Sales Welcome and engage customers, inquire about their needs, and provide personalized assistance Offer comprehensive solutions in areas of Batteries, Device Repair Services, Replacement Auto Keyfobs, and more! Utilize our technology-based Point of Sale system to process sales transactions efficiently Handle inbound phone and email inquiries related to sales and service Create accurate quotes and estimates for technical and repair services Collaborate with our technician team to support repair and installation services when necessary Contribute as a reliable and cooperative team player Merchandising / Inventory Manage inventory stock, ensuring proper maintenance and organization Maintain a clean and visually appealing store appearance Construct eye-catching displays to enhance the promotion of seasonal products Prepare the store for daily opening and closing procedures Qualifications: Availability to work a 40-hour work week, including weekends Excellent listening and verbal communication skills Proficient multitasking abilities, with effective prioritization and follow-up capabilities Strong aptitude for basic mathematical calculations and percentages Good eyesight and technical proficiency required for various types of repair work Possession of a valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles Physical capability to lift objects weighing 50+ lbs.
