We seek an employee interested in learning the custom residential construction business.
Candidates MUST be able to read a tape measure and have experience with power tools.
This job requires a man what can handle a physically demanding workday.
He must be self confident, strong - both mentally and physically, and willing to step up to any challenge.
Tasks include, but are not limited to, the following:
-Demolition
-Assist in layout of foundation, framing, cabinetry and architectural details
-Framing, siding, exterior and interior trim carpentry
-Assisting other tradesmen as needed

*Skills & Requirements:*
* 1+ years experience in carpentry & home building/remodeling
* Knowledge in the use of power tools
* Possession of basic hand tools
* Valid driver's license, clean driving record & own vehicle with reliable transportation to job sites
* Capable of climbing ladders and carrying at least 80 pounds
*Work Schedule:*
Full time, Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Salary is negotiable based upon experience and performance.
There is room for advancement and vehicle/ tool compensation after a trial period.
