The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing, with a focus on residential projects.
As a Residential Plumber, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential properties.
The successful candidate must possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
Responsibilities: Installation and Repair: Install and repair plumbing systems in residential properties, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues to identify the root cause and provide effective solutions.
Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance of plumbing systems to prevent issues and ensure optimal functionality.
Compliance: Adhere to plumbing codes and regulations to ensure all work is completed to industry standards and local requirements.
Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, contractors, and clients to coordinate and complete projects efficiently.
Customer Service: Interact professionally with homeowners, providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Documentation: Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job.
Safety: Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Qualifications: Experience: Proven experience as a residential plumber, with a minimum of [X] years in the field.
