Elmar Services is now hiring an HVAC Installation Technician (2+ Years) that is looking for leadership opportunities, in-house hands-on technical and professional training, career growth opportunities, and incredible benefits.
What Can You Expect From This Role?
You’ll participate in system installations for mainly residential HVAC projects.
You’ll work alongside another install technician to carefully and artistically execute a plan.
You’ll learn new equipment such as different types of boilers.
You'll be trained to expand both your technical and professional skills to grow into becoming a service professional or a lead installation technician.

What to Expect from our Hiring Process?
You’ll apply and we’ll reach out to you to schedule the first interview over zoom if you’re a good cultural fit.
If the first zoom interview goes well, we’ll invite you back for a second in-person interview.
You’ll get a chance to meet your manager and share your abilities and knowledge with him.
If the second interview goes well, we’ll extend an offer within 1-3 days.
Your first few days at Elmar will comprise training to ensure you will succeed with us.
If we decide to move in another direction at any point, we will communicate that to you properly.
Simple Requirements:
1+ Years of HVAC installation experience.
Universal CFC Certificate.
Valid Driver License / Clean Record.
Some Construction Experience is beneficial.
