S.
Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (CCDEVCOM), Engineering and Systems Integration (ESI) Directorate, Quick Reaction Capability (QRC) Branch.
This position is contingent on contract award expected as late as February 2024 and work will be performed in Aberdeen, MD.
In support of the Information Analysis Center Multiple Award Contract (IAC MAC) and Task Order (TO), SAIC is seeking multiple qualified and cleared candidates.
We are currently assembling our team of experienced professionals who have in-depth experience in providing expertise to support research, development, assessments, adaption, transformation, testing, integration, demonstrations, transition, fielding, sustainment, and enhancement of designated information and/or intelligence software systems.
Acts as the company engineering representative with overarching responsibility for implementation and optimization of hardware and/or software products and multi-vendor systems at customer sites including oversight and integration support of existing hardware, software, network configurations and new system initiatives for all sites within area of responsibility.
Installation of software maintenance releases or hardware upgrades including the oversight of the installation process and test procedures to diagnose and resolve product performance problems at installation.
Identifies areas requiring product improvement and approves/implements upgrades and hardware or software engineering change orders.
Provides feedback and customer support regarding product performance problems and suggested solutions which may require product exchanges or more complex problem solving.
Prepares and conducts special reports and presentations pertinent to company products and services, field operations or other applications.
Plans, prepares and conducts on-the-job training as required in support of the foregoing activities.
May oversee a team of field service technicians and train, monitor, and otherwise assist lower level service technicians.
This job may include any aspect of field support, and is not limited to system hardware and software, PCs, and networking/wireless networking.

Qualifications EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors Degree and five (5) years experience.
Additional experience in lieu of degree.
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT: Must have an active Top Secret clearance Ability to obtain a TS/SCI Covid Policy: SAIC does not require COVID-19 vaccinations or boosters.
Customer site vaccination requirements must be followed when work is performed at a customer site.
