Handyman with a tall ladder needed (Very small job) (Mount Hebron)

I need a handyman to change my smoke detector battery.
The smoke detector is on a high ceiling (16 foot high).
If it can be done today, 2/29/2024, it would be great.
Please respond with an estimate and the time it can be done.
