*Position Overview:*
Are you ready to make an impact and be part of something big? We're seeking a talented Production Supervisor to join our team in Hunt Valley, MD.
In this role, you’ll oversee our manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.
This individual will play a key role in leading and motivating our production team to achieve production targets while maintaining a positive work environment.
*What You'll Do:*
Supervise and coordinate daily production activities, including scheduling, staffing, and workflow management.
Ensure adherence to production schedules and deadlines.
Monitor production processes to identify and address any issues or inefficiencies.
Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures.
Train and develop production team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Maintain accurate production records and reports.
Collaborate with other departments, such as quality control and maintenance, to optimize production processes.
*What You'll Bring:*
Working knowledge of all Google applications; including Sheets, Docs, Slides etc.
Skilled in math applications
Excellent time management and communication skills
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
*Qualifications:*
5 years of proven experience in a production supervisory role, preferably in manufacturing, distribution or production.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
