As the SAP Finance Functional Lead at Tessco Technologies, you will be responsible for driving the future of our SAP S/4 HANA environment.
We are looking for a motivated individual to help us understand the capabilities of our system so that we can leverage its full suite of advanced financial functionalities – such as Process Automation.
Responsibilities: Lead a team to deliver effective Business Process Solutions within in the Standard SAP Framework Provide production system analysis and support Lead minor enhancements and major projects to improve the Manufacturing capabilities Work directly with our Financial teams to provide comprehensive direction and solutions for their day-to-day and strategic problems Manage a diverse team for troubleshooting, system support, and enhancements Manage relationships with other Team Members to provide exceptional system support and deliver quality cross-functional solutions Manage working relationships with 3 rd Party Vendors (Vistex, Vertex) and Partners (Banks) Provide thought leadership on SAP Finance capabilities, solutions, and Best Practices Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in the field of Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business or related equivalent experience 10+ years’ experience in design and configuration in SAP Finance with expertise in 3 or more functional areas – General Ledger, Controlling, Cash Management, Credit Management, Bank Account Management, Fixed Assets, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and interfaces with Concur Experience with Vistex and/or Vertex preferred In-depth knowledge of EDI, IDocs, Workflow and ability to troubleshoot and analyze issues Experience working with SAP output and forms Experience with product-based (Consumer Products, Manufacturing, Distribution, etc.
) financial accounting and processes Full life-cycle SAP FI implementation experience from system design to post go-live support Demonstrated project management skills Ability to lead and train other team members z Excellent written and verbal communications skills with the ability to effectively communicate with business users, stakeholders, technical teams, and various levels of management Why Join Our Team?
