*Duties/Responsibilities*:
* Identify and Qualify potential Request for Proposals (RFPs).
* Review drawings, design documents, and other bid specifications.
* Perform quantity take-offs using On-Screen software or other software.
* Review quantity takeoffs prepared by Junior Estimator to prepare final bid for Heavy Bid
* Prepare Functional and Technical bid proposals.
* Conduct weekly meetings with the VP to go over RFPs, bids, and upcoming projects.
* Follow up on submitted proposals
*Required Skills/Abilities*:
* Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
* Microsoft Office Suite, with a high level of proficiency in Bluebeam, Adobe, Excel, and Word.
* On-Screen Take-offs and other platforms
*Education and Experience:*
* 1-5 Years’ Estimating experience in Construction Industry preferred
*Physical Requirements*:
* Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
*Technical Knowledge:*
* Windows, Office 365, HCSS, Google Suite.
* Agtek, Plan Swift, Heavy Bid
