Nature of work:
* Service, repair and maintenance, including new warranty installations for a wide range of light commercial rooftop, VAV, split systems, heat pumps, warehouse heat, exhaust, make up, data and computer room equipment, ductless and VRF of various manufacturers.
Requirements:
* 2 year full-time experience minimum
* Valid MD driver's License
* MD State Journeyman License required
* EPA Refrigerant Certification
* Pre-employment screening
* Strong ability to clearly communicate verbally and written
* Ability to perform service and maintenance work with minimal supervision
* Availability to perform emergency on-call service during assigned periods
