About the Job Parry Labs, a leading supplier of state-of-the-art aerospace computing solutions, is looking for a detail-oriented, self-motivated Radio Frequency Technician to assist with the execution of manufacturing solutions in a fast-paced, lean manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate for this position will be a methodical problem solver with experience in manufacturing complex electronic systems in a cooperative team environment with tight schedules.
This individual will be organized and able to keep detailed records.
Duties and Responsibilities This person is a critical part of a team responsible for the inspection, testing, assembly, troubleshooting and repairing of our advanced electronic assemblies and systems.
Play a key role in the execution of in-house assembly and test operations as well as providing post-delivery support.
Assist with developing and maintaining quality processes and procedures.
Generate failure analysis and problem reports to management.
Required Qualifications Advanced training in electronic theory such as one would receive at a technical trade school, military training, an Associate degree program, or multiple years of on-the-job training.
Previous RF electronics manufacturing and testing experience.
Working knowledge of electronic printed circuit cards assembly and/or test.
Working knowledge of ESD mitigation and protection.
Strong digital and analog electronics problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot in a logical manner.
Experience using the following equipment: DVM, oscilloscopes, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers and power meters.
Professional, clear verbal and written communication.
Preferred Qualifications Previous electro-mechanical manufacturing experience.
Exposure to ISO9001 processes and procedures.
