Construction Inspector

* is a successful, rapidly growing Architectural/Engineering consulting firm that that provides high quality and cost-effective construction management and inspection services to a wide variety of clients in the governmental and private sectors.
We are seeking inspectors for Building/Facility/Building Systems projects.
We are also seeking inspectors with expertise in road and bridge inspections.
*Position Requirements* * 2-20 years of construction inspection experience * High School Diploma * Knowledge of State of Maryland regulations * Ability to read and interpret construction documents and specifications * Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and co-workers * Valid Driver’s License *Highly Desired* * Experience with roadway and bridge construction projects * Experience with Project Documentation and MDOT Systems * Experience with Building systems, facilities, and vertical projects * A Proven Track Record of Working with Construction Contractors and Governmental Agencies * Scheduling and Cost Estimating Experience Please submit resume through Indeed and email to Jim Blake (jblake@mimarch.
