Construction Project Manager

Hiring for a Construction Project Manager! The Project Manager is an energetic leader responsible for the overall management and timely completion of one (1) to three (3) hospitality renovation projects simultaneously, ranging in value up to roughly $50 million altogether.
*Qualifications:* * *5+ years of experience in construction project management* * *Experience managing light commercial and hospitality renovation projects budgets of more than $5M* * *Experience managing multiple projects at a time (at least 2-3)* * Ability to read and understand structural, civil, MEP, ID, and architectural plans and drawings * Many projects operate 7 days a week; project managers must be available via phone or email to assist as needed * Familiarity with construction management software * Strong leadership qualities * Strong negotiation skills * Deadline and detail-oriented Job Type: Full-time Pay: $85,000.
