*Requirements*
* 1 year roofing sales, installation, or insurance field adjuster experience required
* Be able to lift, carry, and climb ladder with confidence
* Have reliable transportation
* Valid Drivers License
* Must be able to carry over 50 pounds
* Work outdoors, afternoons, evenings, – Create your own Full or Part-time schedule
* Must be at least 21 years or older
*Duties*
* *Up to 40% commission split*
* Efficiently manage *company provided lead sources*
* Perform roof and exterior inspections
* Carry, set up, and safely climb a 32-foot extension ladder multiple times a day, several days a week
* Identify storm damages
* Maintain professional and safety standards required
* Deliver efficient, informative, estimates to clients on company products and services
* Educate homeowners about the insurance process
* Manage sales Pipeline
* Skilled in both verbal and written communication
* Ability to use a laptop and a smartphone, which includes navigating between applications, entering data, and using Microsoft Office products
*Physical Requirements*
* Physical ability to be on your feet and maneuver on a roof
* Ability to be outside in various weather conditions
* Not afraid of heights!
*Experience:*
* 1 year roofing sales, project management or insurance adjuster - Required
