The Home Remodeler will provide a variety of services in the fields of carpentry, electrical, and plumbing like:
- Working closely with the Project Estimator to ensure each product is completed based on the customers specifications.
- Working closely with the office staff to ensure each project is completed in a timely fashion.
- Completing projects both large and small.
- Train helpers to assist them during projects.
- Install drywall, ceilings, trim and moldings
- Align and square frames and forms for installation
- Build and hang custom doors and frames
- Hanging doors and drilling and setting door hardware
- Construct decks, carports, garages, and sunrooms
- Construct safety provisions, such as scaffolding, gang ladders, safety railings, fall protection, and temporary covers
- Repair and remodel wood, iron, chain link, and vinyl fencing
- Follow job safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe work area
- Operate cordless and electric power tools
- Staining decks and wood trim
- Remodel bathrooms and kitchens
- Dig trenches, backfill holes and prepare for new construction
- Clean drains and downspouts as well as clean gutters
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 2 years experience working alone
- Hand Tools
- Own Transportation
- Willingness to work
- Comfortable with a diverse culture
