RIS I is the delivery of regional IT services to the end user.

AT&T has an opening for a Cabling Quality Assurance Manager to assure consistent quality in the development of cable installation, termination and testing; enforcing, validating processes, providing documentation, and managing staff.
The job duties are as follows: Achieves quality assurance operational objectives by contributing information and analysis to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; identifying and resolving problems; completing audits; determining improvements; and implementing change.
Develops quality assurance plans by conducting hazard analyses; identifying critical control points and preventive measures; establishing critical limits, monitoring procedures, corrective actions, and verification procedures; and monitoring inventories.
Validates quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attributes, measuring production, documenting evidence, determining operational and performance qualification, and writing and updating quality assurance procedures.
Collaborates with other members of management to develop new product and engineering designs, and manufacturing and training methods.
Evaluates field inspection reports.
Develop and implementation of procedures and processes to increase efficiency in use of materials and manpower to maintain or increase quality assurance and/or scheduling requirements.
Prepares quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends including failed processes, stability studies, recalls, corrective actions, and re-validations.
Updates job knowledge by studying trends in and developments in quality management; participating in educational opportunities.
Implementing business processes and assisting in process improvement initiatives in order to enhance customer service.

Required Clearance: TS/SCI with polygraph (#ts/sci) (#poplygraph) Required Qualifications: Four (4) years of experience as a CM programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity are required.
Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
Four (4) years of additional CM experience may be substituted for a Bachelors degree.
Must have experience with Service Now and ITIL.
3 years of experience in KM/KE related practice.
Superb writing, data research/gathering/analysis skills.
Experience communication skills and a people-oriented demeanor.
