Overview: We are seeking experienced Roofers to join our team in .
As a Roofer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining roofs on residential and commercial buildings.
This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work at heights.
Responsibilities: - Install, repair, and maintain roofs using various materials such as shingles, EPDM, TPO, and torch down - Measure and cut roofing materials to fit specific dimensions - Remove old roofing materials and inspect the roof for damage or leaks - Repair or replace damaged or missing shingles or tiles - Install or repair flashing to prevent water leakage - Seal roof penetrations such as vents, chimneys, or skylights - Follow safety guidelines and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) - Clean up debris and ensure the work area is left clean and organized Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Roofer or in a similar role - Strong knowledge of roof installation techniques and materials - Proficient in using hand tools and power tools related to roofing work - Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, or construction drawings - Familiarity with building codes and regulations related to roofing - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Physical stamina and the ability to work at heights in various weather conditions - Valid driver's license preferred Skills: - Frame carpentry - Hand tools - Roof installation/repair/maintenance - Blueprint reading - Building construction - Maintenance Person skills - Trim carpentry - Caulking Join our team of skilled Roofers and contribute to creating safe and durable roofs for our clients.
