Complete Conversion Services, Inc, is rapidly expanding and is looking for additional talent to join our team immediately as a Plumber (Field Superintendent Candidate), This hire will be rapidly groomed to assume supervision and subcontractor oversight as additional responsibilities.
Then you would be working alongside and providing oversight to our team of plumbing subcontractors on assorted projects in the Baltimore, DC Metro areas.
This position will report directly to the General Manager of our Plumbing Group, and will develop into managing multiple projects in the field, as well as interacting with our clients and subcontractors.
You would be working with our office staff to co-ordinate material supply, subcontractor scheduling, and ensuring workplace safety for all! On occasion, it may be necessary to put on your tool belt to assist in timely completion.

REQUIREMENTS: Qualifications:
Journeyman's License PREFERRED
2 years+ commercial plumbing experience REQUIRED
1+ years running projects as a Foreman/Supervisor, a plus.

Tools, Reliable Valid driver's license REQUIRED
Subcontractor oversight, and/or Bi-lingual definite plus.
Must be able to communicate effectively with customers/contractors.
Able to utilize all resources efficiently and effectively (time, tools, materials, equipment)
Microsoft Office & assorted basic computer skills a plus.
