Foreman - Site-Superintendent

Location: Wash DC, Northern Virginia, Gaithersburg MD Pay Package: $60K-$70K base + Quarterly bonuses Foreman - Site-Superintendent Complete Conversion Services, Inc.
(CCSI) is currently interviewing for full-time Foremen to oversee Commercial & Multi-Housing construction projects in Washington DC, Northern VA, & Gaithersburg, MD.

Promotions are from within! We have multiple new long-term contracts starting, with others already underway! REQUIREMENTS: Significant experience in Multi-housing (large scale apartment renovations), commercial construction, tenant fit-outs, fire restoration, new homes, etc.
Solid work experience coordinating subcontractors, (material delivery, production scheduling, Co-ordinate with office staff), overseeing finished product, and company labor force oversight.
