As a Landscape Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and leading a crew in various landscaping projects.

```Responsibilities```
- Lead and supervise a crew of landscapers in daily tasks and projects
- Plan and execute landscape maintenance activities, including mowing, trimming, pruning, and fertilizing
- Oversee the installation of new landscapes, including planting and hardscapes
- Coordinate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide recommendations
- Ensure that all work is completed according to specifications and within established timelines
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition
- Train new team members on proper landscaping techniques and safety procedures

- Proven experience in landscape maintenance, construction, or related field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Extensive knowledge of groundskeeping practices, tree care, and landscape maintenance
- Proficient in operating landscaping equipment and tools
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
