Warehouse Shipping and Receiving Specialist

If you're ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to welcome you aboard! *Job Responsibilities:* * Ensure the safe transit of every shipment, minimizing the risk of damage * Utilize shipping programs to label UPS/FedEx/Courier/International packages accurately * Provide shipping estimates for customer relations and clients * Track shipments and collaborate with carrier representatives to swiftly resolve any issues * Streamline operations by efficiently receiving and organizing supplies from vendors * Maintain inventory records of customer-stored items using Google Sheets * Keep our warehouse running smoothly with by assisting in maintaining inventory and reporting updates on inventory levels * Support the production team as needed, including assisting with flatbed printing tasks * Develop strong relationships with internal departments and shipping carriers for seamless operations *Qualifications:* * High School Diploma or equivalent * 1-2 years of shipping experience * Familiarity with UPS and FedEx shipping procedures and bills of lading * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment and meet tight deadlines * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Proficiency in MS Office suite and database software * Display initiative in problem-solving and contribute positively to team dynamics * Capable of taking direction from all levels of management, fostering a collaborative atmosphere * Physical ability to lift and move objects weighing 10-50 lbs regularly *What We Offer:* * At Madison Avenue, Inc.
