Piedmont Door Solutions (formerly Piedmont Door Automation) is looking to fill a position in our *Baltimore, Maryland *location for an *Office Administrator* role with someone who is results-driven and excited about being a liaison between our project coordinators and customers.
The Office Administrator will be paramount to the success of projects and the satisfaction of our customers by owning essential tasks and projects.

*Responsibilities:*
* Process and maintain client paperwork to ensure the appropriate information is collected and up to date
* Provide essential company documents upon request (e.
g.
, certificates of insurance (COI) or W9 forms)
* Answer incoming service calls for various branches on an as-needed basis and route the calls to the appropriate staff
* Perform data entry, generate reports, and sort data from various programs
* Maintain internal inventory levels within multiple warehouse locations with a focus on accuracy and examining potential inconsistencies as necessary
* Using cost-effective measures supports the coordination of arranging shipping and delivery of various supplies
* Partner with management on special projects, including presentations, Visio diagrams, statistical analysis projects, generating charts and graphs, or research projects
* Take the initiative in recognizing office inefficiency by helping implement office systems, layout, and equipment procurement to improve workplace practices
* Assist in basic IT tasks: application instructions, printer setup, phone setup, password resets, etc.
*Requirements and Skills:*
* History of excellent customer service skills with a developing skill of turning those communications into effective relationships with stakeholders, partners, and internal customer groups
* Confident supporting initiatives across a diverse, geographically dispersed environment
* Background in operational support teams with the ability to identify risks and issues that may impact the overall project or broader scope
* Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
* Comfortable with or developing your skills in problem-solving with a passion for data integrity, process definition, and continuous learning
* Solution-oriented and familiar with working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
* Three to Five (3-5) years of experience in similar roles or using similar skills
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
