Looking for variety and technical challenges? We're searching for a forward-thinking Senior Process Engineer/PM to lead a wide range of projects across industrial sectors such as chemical and food/beverage manufacturing.
This is no ordinary engineering role – you'll be the mastermind behind groundbreaking designs, a technical expert who inspires innovation, and a strategic thinker who ensures our projects meet and exceed our client’s needs.
Projects Variety Examples: Designing and executing a facility buildout for a consumer goods manufacturer.
Evaluate and propose solutions to a finished good transfer system for a petrochemical plant.
Redundancy design to provide ability for frequent cleaning without impacting production time or product quality.
Processing building addition, tank farm expansion, and new in-line blending capability for beverage plant.
Here's a Taste of What You'll Be Doing: Work with a talented team of process engineers and designers; providing guidance and mentorship.
Manage all phases of process and multi-discipline design projects, from setup, execution to closeout.
Work closely with clients to provide technical solutions and project execution.
Champion innovative solutions for complex process design challenges.
Oversee all aspects of the process engineering process, from concept to completion.
Interface with clients to understand their needs and translate them into exceptional designs.
Ensure projects meet all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Stay on top of emerging technologies and industry trends.
You'll Be a Perfect Fit if You Have: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or related engineering degree and a minimum of 15 years of experience in process design engineering, with a proven track record of leading successful projects.
Professional Engineering License or PMP is preferred.
In-depth knowledge of process engineering principles, calculations, trends, and applications.
Experience in a variety of industrial sectors, such as chemical, food/beverage, power, pharmaceutical, etc.
We will work with you to get training on the market sectors where you don’t have direct experience.
Extensive experience in preparing, reviewing and approving PFD’s, P&ID’s, piping orthographic and isometric drawings, bill of materials, equipment and piping specifications Exceptional communication skills to collaborate with a diverse team and clientele.
A strong understanding of project management principles and best practices.
The ability to think strategically and translate our client’s business goals into engineering solutions.
