HVAC Service Manager

Job Description Plumbing and Heating Company in business for over 40 years is searching for an HVAC Service Manager We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications: * 10+ years minimum experience in HVAC construction * 5+ years experience supervising service technicians and office staff * Previous experience as a service technician * Knowledge of advanced systems including but not limited to VRF, Chillers, Boilers, AAON, etc.
* Communicates well with General Contractors as well as Homeowners * Problem solving mentality with attention to detail * Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening * Ability to pass a background check * Ability to advise technicians while not being on site or directly in front of the problem * Ability to train new technicians * Ability to read blueprints * Knowledge of building codes * Plumbing knowledge a plus We provide many benefits to the correct candidate including: * Generous starting salary * Great health care plan with dental and vision also available * 401K plan with a 5% match * Paid vacations, sick days and holidays * Company vehicle and gas Job Type: Full-time Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.
