, a growing Baltimore Maryland manufacturing company, is seeking a *Sales Account Manager* to join our team.

This is a full time, exempt position with a performance bonus program in addition to base salary.
The Sales Account Manager will report to the Sales & Business Development Manager and work directly with key designated accounts at Wingard & Company, Inc.
This position is responsible for all phases of customer service, from the quoting process to full account management.
The duties performed include, but are not limited to the following:
* Execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.
* Develops and maintains strong working relationships with key customers by providing appropriate and timely communication and addressing concerns.
* Develops quotes for services and products as requested by existing customers in a timely fashion.
* Enters quotes into an established database (Teams Quote Log) for future reference and tracking.
* Sends out feasibilities to all relevant departments prior to contract agreement.
* Reviews incoming purchase orders (contracts) for correctness per established procedures.
* Collaborate with internal engineering team to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution.
* Resolves contractual concerns, including lead time and tolerances, with the customer.
* Participates in Production meetings and communicating any new relevant information to customers.
* Coordinates delivery schedule changes with relevant departments per established procedures.
* Completes Job Changes per established procedures as required.
* Communicates closely with production staff regarding customer requests made after job acceptance.
* Completes customer surveys, reviews NDA’s, and other customer specified documentation, as required.
* Submits Return Authorizations and helps facilitate return with quality department.
* Resolves payment issues with customers.
* Attends trade shows and makes sales calls as required.
* Performs additional duties as required.
*Job Requirements*
* Strong administrative skills and must be organized, accurate, detail oriented and self-directed.
* Previous project management background and/or project management training strongly preferred.
* Excellent telephone, written correspondence, and presentation skills required.
* Excellent customer service & follow-up providing accurate, timely information.
* Must be able to partner and clearly communicate with others within the organization.
*Education & Experience*
* Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.
* Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a sales position.
* Strong math skills and the ability to read and interpret mechanical shop drawings and blueprints.
* Intermediate level skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to learn/use new software.
* Experience interfacing hands-on with plant operations to support customer needs and on-time delivery schedule
*Physical Requirements*
* Ability to lift, push, and/or pull up to 20 lbs.
* Ability to use standard office equipment (computer, copy machine, etc.
).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.
00 - $75,000.
