This is a working foreman’s position.
We will train employees on our methods and practices to successfully complete projects.
Job Duties
Drives required materials, equipment, and personnel to the job site daily.
Organizes, supervises, leads, and trains employees to complete projects within established guidelines and timeframes.
Supervises crews to obtain top-quality workmanship, efficiency, employee satisfaction, morale, communication, commitment, teamwork, and pride.
Ensures that the company safety standards are followed.
Uses a variety of tools including airless sprayers, power tools, measuring tape, and level to complete project tasks.
Completes required paperwork including time slips and daily reports.
Essential Skills and Experience
Previous supervisory experience in Construction.
Ability to use skid steers, manlifts and other construction equipment.
Ability to use power and hand tools.
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
regularly, use ladders, and lifts in a safe manner.
Acute safety awareness.
Observant and detail oriented.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Available for out-of-town travel and stay.
