We are dedicated to helping improve communities, whether it is with a beautiful bridge or playground, or working with local charities, and we are looking for people who want to do the same! We are a growing company and are hiring experienced Foreman to lead our work crews.
This is a working foreman’s position and will be placed on a Playground Installation team.
We will train employees on our methods and practices to successfully complete projects.
Job Duties * Drives required materials, equipment, and personnel to job site daily.
* Organizes, supervises, leads, and trains employees to complete projects within established guidelines and timeframes.
* Supervises crews to obtain top-quality workmanship, efficiency, employee satisfaction, morale, communication, commitment, teamwork, and pride.
* Ensures that the company safety standards are followed.
* Uses a variety of tools including airless sprayers, power tools, measuring tape, and level to complete project tasks.
* Completes required paperwork including time slips and daily reports.
Essential Skills and Experience * Previous supervisory experience in Construction.
* Ability to use skid steers, manlifts, and other construction equipment.
* Ability to use power and hand tools.
* Ability to lift 50 lbs.
regularly, use ladders and lifts in a safe manner.
* Acute safety awareness.
* Observant and detail-oriented.
* Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
* Available for out-of-town travel and stay.
