H Boyer Landscaping Services, located in *Glenwood, MD *is a 63-year-old award-winning Landscape Contractor company we are looking for a *Sales Landscape Estimator.
* This position is on-site with a flex schedule (Office / Home) potential based on experience and the completion of training period.
You will be responsible for orchestrating individual landscape estimates and associated proposals as well as presenting proposals to our existing and new client base.
Upon the successfully conversion of a proposal to a contract , you become the project manager and manage the office administration of that contract through completion.

*REQUIREMENTS:*
* Three years commercial landscape estimating experience a plus
* Successful track record estimating a variety of project scopes to include: planting, turf, soil (on and off structure), roof top work (requiring cranes and/or elevators)
* Effective oral and written communication skills
* Professional proposal writing ability
* Goal achieving personality
* Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
*JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:*
* Perform cost estimates
* Proposal writing and delivery to clients
* Communication with clients regarding the status of contract award
* Negotiations as required to successfully acquire contracts within established margins
* Office project management of your estimated projects once they become contracts
*COMPENSATION PACKAGE:*
* Salary plus incentive on contract work acquired
* $60,000-$90,000 based on experience
