We are a familiy owned plumbing company that has operated in the Baltimore area since 1976.
We are seeking a skilled Water Filter and Well Pump Technician to join our plumbing team.
As a Water Filter and Well Pump Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various types of water filtration systems and well pumps used in residential and commercial settings.
This is a hands-on role that requires technical expertise and excellent problem-solving skills.
Duties:
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair well pumps and related equipment
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair water filtration equipment and accompanying plumbing.
- Perform routine maintenance on well pumps to ensure optimal performance
- Diagnose malfunctions and perform necessary repairs or replacements
- Conduct tests and inspections to identify issues and ensure proper functioning
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and equipment documentation
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working on-site
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Water FIlter/Well Pump Technician or in a similar role preferred
- Strong knowledge of pump systems, including hydraulics, high voltage, low voltage, etc.
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments for diagnostic purposes
- Ability to analyze technical problems and develop effective solutions
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally
- Clean driving record is a must.
- Field service experience is a plus
- Technical sales experience is a plus
Note: This position requires travel to customer sites.
