The Sales Associate is a self-motivated individual who enjoys flooring and design and can build client relationships to keep our clients coming back.

The flooring consultant will provide the very best personal service from the minute the customer walks in the door until the job is completed in addition to maintaining the relationship beyond installation.

Responsibilities of the Sales Associate Meet and greet customers Consult with the customer with their needs Walk the customer through our products and services Design the project and drawings needed Job-site visit with the customer for measurements Manage the project from start to finish Expectations of the Sales Associate Complete product knowledge training Stay up-to-date on products and services Attain personal sales goals Ensure customer satisfaction in difficult situations Follow-up on orders Set-up installation process Follow up on customer satisfaction and collect the balance Prospecting and networking Requirements Qualifications of the Sales Associate Retail/Sales experience a plus Flooring/Construction experience a plus Design experience a plus Ability to understand and effectively communicate numerical/spacial data Computer skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Background check a must Be able to lift 30 lbs.
