Counter Collective is actively seeking an experienced fabricator to join our production team.
Located in Windsor Mill, Counter Collective has been established since 1993 and is responsible for the production and installation of thousands of projects in Maryland, DC, Va, and PA.
While we do work with a myriad of architectural materials, our primary devotion is the fabrication and construction of solid surface (acrylic based) products.
(ex.
countertops, sills, thresholds, desk fronts, wall cladding, showers, and much more)
Candidates interested in this position must posses the following:
* manufacturing experience within a shop or warehouse
* knowledge and experience with stationary tools/machines
* millwork assembly/installation experience
* hand tool and assembly experience in a professional environment
* minimum of 5 years proven experience in a relative trade w/ due dates and quality control inspections (countertop fabrication is a bonus)
* reliable transportation to and from our shop (not public)
* ability to lift over 75lbs
* ability to work 40+/hrs per week
* organized, professional, presentable, and able to work with others
* proven experience interfacing with clients (\*necessary for installers only)
* strong communication skills (listening and applying learned skills)
