The Bureau of Facilities is seeking a highly energetic and enthusiastic person to join our team and provide project management to a variety of projects throughout Carroll County.
Responsibilities include leading and directing Facilities projects including but not limited to, HVAC, electrical, interior/exterior renovations, building envelope and roof replacements.
The selected Candidate will be working with the Bureau Chief on all Capital/Operating projects within Facilities as well as working with contractors, and engineers to install, repair, or replace building assets.
Qualifications: 1.
Valid driver’s license 2.
DOT (Department of Transportation) 3.
Requires criminal background check as condition of employment 4.
Five years construction management or related building, HVAC, carpentry, mechanical, electrical and/or plumbing work experience\* 5.
License in a building trade preferred\* 6.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or Construction Management preferred\* A comparable amount of training and experience may be substituted for the minimum qualifications

Pay: $61,215.
