*Position Summary* _Dreamers Event Rentals is seeking self motivated individuals who enjoy working outdoors, demonstrates excellent organizational skills and has a passion for completing assignments in an efficient and timely manner.
The field assistant is responsible for assisting in delivering and fulfilling rental equipment for client orders.
_ *\*SEASONAL - PART TIME POSITION with an average of 24-36 hours per week between April through October.
HIRING ASAP\** *Essential Duties and Responsibilities* The essential duties for this position include, but are not limited to the following: * _Assist in preparing and organizing equipment for installation_ * _Deliver and fulfill event rental equipment for client orders_ * _Assist with loading and unloading equipment for client orders_ * _Maintain a safe and productive work environment on job site_ * _Assist in cleaning and preparing rental equipment for client orders_ * _Operate light machinery & equipment such as hand trucks, ladders, sledgehammer and post drivers_ * _Occasionally perform other related tasks_ *Minimum Qualifications:* * _Valid driver’s license_ * _Must be able to lift/move 50-75lbs_ * _Must be willing to work outdoors in inclement weather_ * _Excellent time management skills_ * _Must be detail oriented_ * _Prioritize safety and efficiency_ * _Positive attitude and optimistic_ *Education & Experience:* * _High school diploma or equivalent (No degree required)_ * _1+ Years of general labor experience (Preferred)_ * _1+ Years of field service experience (Preferred)_ * _Training will be provided_ *Work Location:* * _One location_ * _Regular travel to client job-sites_ *Schedule:* * _Avg Weekly Hours: 24-36 (Will vary based on work load)_ * _Mon - Fri: 8:30am - 2:30pm_ * _Travel to Client Job-Site (Occasional)_ * _You may be required to occasionally work on weekends_ *Compensation:* * _Starting rate during first 30 day orientation: $16.
