The Company is active in more than 130 countries and puts sustainable development in all its dimensions at the heart of its projects and operations to contribute to the *Description:* * Match invoices to purchase orders and receipts verifying quantities and pricing.
* Process returned material and credit memos.
* Work closely with Procurement, Shipping, and end users to resolve any billing discrepancies.
* Communicate with vendors and resolve issues.
* Identify and assign account distribution and process freight bills.
Work closely with Shipping and Procurement.
* Verify and process temporary agency bills against posted time and approved rates.
Work closely with HR and agency.
* Identify and assign account distribution and process other non-po requests such as check requests, tuition, and/ or miscellaneous vendor billings.
* Process invoice payments timely.
* Verify and prepare international wire requests.
* Provide backup for payroll entry via ADP.
Work closely with HR and employees.
* Process expense reports via Concur.
Apply FAR travel regulations.
Work closely with employees.
*REQUIRED* * A minimum of two years AP related experience in a manufacturing environment * Basic understanding of Accounts Payable process * Knowledge of sales and use tax regulations for a manufacturing environment * Computer skills including Excel * ADP experience is desired * NAV experience is preferred * Concur experience is desired * Paymode experience is desired * A creative personality with the ability to think outside the box.
