Boulevard Contractors Corp is looking for a responsible Office Manager to perform a variety of administrative and management tasks in a high paced work environment.
The Office Manager’s main responsibility will be to support the project management staff and executive team.
Responsibilities:
* Supports company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising staff.
* Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures, controlling correspondence, maintaining filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, and assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
* Provide administrative assistance to accural billings
* Implements office policies through standards and procedures, measures results against standards, and makes necessary adjustments.
* Maintaining company social media platforms.
Qualifications:
* Familiarity with computer programs such as Google, Bluebeam, Buildertrend, Excel, Basic Quickbooks, all social media platforms.
* Excellant management skills
* Ability to multi-task
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Critical-thinker and problem-solver
Experience Requirements
* Minimum 3 years of experience in managing employees
* Understanding all social media platforms
* Construction industry experience preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.
00 - $75,000.
