We have been in business since 1955 providing qualtiy, award winning comerical electrical installation for over 68 years.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage commerical electrical construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project plans, including scope, budget, and timeline
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project success
- Review and interpret electrical design documents and specifications
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedule, budget and codes
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and permits
- Collaborate with the construction team to resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project
- Conduct regular site visits to track project progress, schedule and compliance with design
- Provide regular updates to managemne on project status
- Ability to estimate electrical projects ranging from $50K to $5M
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical project management
- Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
- Proficiency in software such as Bluebeam, Excel, and Word.
- Solid understanding of electrical construction processes and techniques
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and project specifications
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Familiarity with construction estimating and cost control
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.
00 - $100,000.
