Modine Hot Dawg Propane Garage Heater - $700 (Baldwin)

Modine Hot dawg 30000btu garage heater set up for propane.
Bought in Dec 2023 but undersized for my garage/shop.
I ordered the next size up and until I get the new one this unit will be installed and heating.
I thought I could get away with the smaller size due to my garage being insulated but I am trying to heat 900 Sq.
Feet with 9' ceilings and it just isn't enough.
It will maintain 55 degrees in 20 degree weather.
It would be perfect for a 600 sq.
ft.
two car garage and could be set up to hook directly to a small propane tank for use as needed.
I am only selling the unit, nothing else.
