Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Wellness Office Coordinator position.
This position serves as front desk reception, supporting the Nurse Practitioner and primary care practice with daily administrative and clerical functions, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, faxing and scanning, responding to patient/resident needs, completing data entry, assisting with billing/claims processing/denials/rejections, communicating with Medicare and other insurances, collaborating with nursing staff to ensure smooth and efficient practice operations, and serving as the central point of contact for residents, families, staff, and others.
Requirements: The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements: Associates degree or Administrative Medical Assistant Certification is preferred Minimum of three years' experience, preferably in a medical practice setting Team members are eligible for a generous benefit package including health benefits (medical, prescription, dental and vision), flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability programs, 401(k) plan (with 4% company match after one year of employment), paid time off and holidays, and much more!
