Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and highly skilled individual to join our Oncology Spa & Wellness team as a Dual Technician with specialized expertise in massage therapy and esthetics.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing personalized and sensitive services to individuals undergoing cancer treatment.
This unique position requires a deep understanding of oncology spa protocols, combined with proficiency in massage therapy and esthetician practices to enhance the well-being and comfort of our clients.
\*\*Key Responsibilities:\*\*

Oncology Spa Services:
- Provide gentle and therapeutic massage treatments tailored to individuals undergoing cancer treatment.
- Administer specialized esthetic services, considering the unique needs and sensitivities of clients with cancer.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in oncology spa services and techniques.

Client Interaction and Support:
- Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients' medical history, treatment plans, and specific needs.
- Offer compassionate and supportive communication to clients and their families, creating a safe and nurturing environment.
- Provide professional advice on skincare, wellness, and self-care practices during cancer treatment.
3.
Collaboration with Healthcare Professionals:
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure alignment with clients' treatment plans.
- Maintain open communication with oncologists and other medical professionals to enhance the overall care provided.
4.
Maintaining Cleanliness and Safety:
- Adhere to strict cleanliness and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients with compromised immune systems.
- Stay informed about best practices in infection control and implement them consistently.
5.
Continuing Education and Training:
- Attend relevant workshops, conferences, and training sessions to stay updated on advancements in oncology spa services.
- Seek additional certifications or training related to oncology massage and esthetics.
\*\*Qualifications:\*\*
- Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist.
- Esthetician license or certification.
- Specialized training or certification in oncology massage and esthetics.
- Proven experience in providing oncology spa services with sensitivity and compassion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.

- Previous experience in a similar role within an oncology spa setting.
- Familiarity with holistic and integrative approaches to wellness.
