As an Account Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in fostering relationships with local and national employers and creating pathways to employment for our community members.
*Responsibilities*:
*Build Lasting Connections*: Develop and nurture relationships with businesses and organizations, expanding employment and networking options for JCS clients.
*Employer Engagement*: Recruit and engage with new employers, gaining insights into their needs through facility tours.
*Job Listing Management*: Create and maintain accurate job orders, ensuring timely responses to job leads.
*Networking Pro*: Identify and participate in relevant career fairs and networking events.
*Advocate for Inclusion*: Be an advocate for individuals with diverse abilities, making sure everyone has a fair chance.
*Matchmaker Extraordinaire*: Present qualified applicants (our clients) to employers, aiming for in-person or virtual interviews and successful client hires.
*Qualifications*:
* Experience: A minimum of two to three years in related fields such as HR, Sales, or Human Services.
* Demonstrate impeccable and professional customer service skills with outstanding follow-up abilities.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
* Knowledge of the Baltimore business community.
* The ability to cultivate relationships with decision-makers in various Baltimore and national organizations.
* Familiarity with Jewish customs and cultures is a valuable asset.
* Comfortable working with MS Word, Excel, and in-house databases.
*Education*
* Bachelor's Degree in business, human resources, or a related field is preferred.
