WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Advance is seeking a Sales Manager to work out of our main headquarters in Cockeysville.
ON A TYPICAL DAY YOU WILL
Manage and develop a team of sales reps
Leverage the sales process, data analytics, and other tools in order to build out action plans and skill development plans for reps
Monitor weekly sales activities and results to ensure the sales team is hitting their performance benchmarks
Work with the Sales Management team in order to prioritize initiatives, track progress, and hit goals
WHAT YOU BRING
Strong leadership skills
Ability to work with others
Coachable
Experience leveraging the sales process
Results-oriented
Self-motivated; someone who has high sense of urgency
Strong problem solving skills
3-5 years experience in B2B sales
