Position: Broker Assistant & Investment Associate (Entry Level)
As an Investment Associate at SkyLake Properties, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth of both new and existing business.
We're seeking a dynamic individual who thrives on turning ideas into actionable plans, setting and surpassing milestones, and engaging with clients to build lasting relationships.
Basic & Preferred Qualifications:
Assist in conducting market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities.
Prepare investment proposals, reports, and presentations for clients and senior management.
Monitor and evaluate investment portfolios to ensure alignment with clients' financial objectives and risk tolerance.
Collaborate with team members to develop and implement investment strategies tailored to client needs.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries and addressing their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Stay updated on industry trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes affecting the investment landscape.
Assist in administrative tasks and other ad-hoc projects as needed.
Qualifications:
Interest in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and trends.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software applications.
Experience or active interest in the real estate industry preferred
Prior internship or academic experience in finance or investment management is a plus, but not required.
