Leasing Consultant

Habitat America, a rapidly expanding property management company, seeks an experienced and professional full time Leasing Agent for Greenspring Overlook Apartments located in the Park Heights area of Baltimore.
Qualified applicants are highly motivated, energetic with a positive, "can do" attitude.
Qualified candidates should have Tax Credit and/or Section 8 housing experience, be sales oriented and willing to provide excellent customer service.
2+ years of previous property management experience in a similar leasing role required.
This position would be responsible for reception, customer service, office phone/file/etc, recertification of residents and other office duties.
