Position Overview
To administer and enforce all aspects of the lease, applying CRITICAL THINKING, keeping all properties maintained in first-class condition while communicating efficiently and effectively with all internal and external customers to ensure superior customer service.

Responsibilities
Maintain property in first-class manner
Conduct weekly inspections of property
Establish and maintain positive tenant relationships
Direct resources to handle customer requests and issues
Coordinate tenant move in and move out processes
Coordinate and oversee capital improvements within portfolio
Update weekly Sales Report
Solicit, evaluate, re-bid and award annual Preventative Maintenance and Service Contracts
Successfully manage a team of maintenance and administrative professionals
Anticipate and respond to customer needs and requests
Develop and maintain detailed property budgets and forecasts on property expenses and capital expenditures
Maintain vacant space in properties for potential customers
Manage service providers and ensure work is perform in a timely manner
Assure all maintenance personnel maintain a working knowledge of all mechanical systems
Oversee Property Manager Assistant and assigned Maintenance Personnel
Requirements
Skills:
Prior Property Management experience
Knowledge and understanding of commercial lease language
Basic Real Estate Accounting Knowledge
Self-motivated
Ability to Multi-task
Effective verbal and written communications skills
Excellent communication, customer service and problem-solving skills
Experience:
2 + years of property management experience a plus
Education:
Bachelors Degree (minimum)
