Property Manager

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, people-oriented, a driven leader, creative, and demonstrate a background of increasing responsibility in the industry.
The Ideal Candidate Must be Able to: Manage all operations of the property in accordance with the policies and procedures of the company.
Recruit, hire, train and manage the performance of associates to ensure achievement of performance goals.
Demonstrate ability to understand and accomplish financial goals and report on the financial performance of the asset.
Prepare annual budgets timely and accurately.
Knowledgeable of market conditions and ability to make recommendations to optimize performance to remain competitive in the submarket.
Proven work experience as a Property Manager.
Other duties as assigned.
