Condominium Assistant Property Manager

Professional Condominium Property Management Company located in Baltimore Maryland Seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant Property Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Regional Property Manager in the day-to-day operations of their portfolios, including but not limited to: * Responding to owner’s inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
* Coordinating maintenance and repair work with contractors and vendors.
* Following up on completion of projects and owner satisfaction * Communicating with Regional Property Managers with daily updates and action items.
* Assisting with the preparation of budgets and financial reports.
* Maintaining accurate records of owner information, renter information, lease agreements, and other relevant documents.
* Understanding and enforcement of Community Governing documents.
Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management or related field.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Excellent communication, telephone and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and property management software.
