We purchased for $3,000 or so a few years ago from MD Piano.
So it was checked over and completely restored at that time.
We've taken good care of it and it is still in great shape.
No mechanical issues, and it really holds a tuning well.
It looks good too, with very few and minor blemishes.
The kids didn't take to it, so it just doesn't get played enough to justify the space.
This piano is well worth a look if this is the price range you are considering ($1,500 ~ $4,000 or maybe even $5,000).
The piano is on the first floor near the front door.
One step down to the front porch, then three more to ground level.
