couch sleeper sofa (Mt Washington)

fold out sleeper sofa in good shape, couple small holes in fabric, free to a good home 74x36 closed 74x90 open heavy, need two strong people and a truck.
on 1st floor.
Don't use it for guests anymore, have new couch.
